Use as baby leaves or when mature. This Swiss Chard has tasty leaves. It's rich in antioxidants and makes an excellent spinach alternative.

Sowing Outdoors
Sow seeds 2.5 cm deep, 10 cm apart, directly into the harvest position in rows 40 cm apart. Keep the soil consistently moist.
Thinning
When seedlings are large enough to handle, thin to 30 cm apart as needed.
Advice
Use thinnings as baby salad leaves. Plants will continue cropping in all but the harshest weather, especially if given some winter protection.
