Unwins Sweet Corn Mini Pop F1 Seeds produce baby corn that can be eaten raw or cooked. These little yellow corns are great in stir fries or salads.

Sowing Indoors
Sow seeds individually in small pots of moist seed compost, 2.5 cm deep. Keep in warmth (15–18 °C) and grow under cool, light conditions, avoiding direct sunlight.
Hardening Off / Planting Out
Gradually acclimate seedlings to outdoor conditions over 2–3 weeks before planting out after the last frost. Plant in blocks for good pollination, spacing 45 cm apart.
Sowing Outdoors
Water the soil well. Sow two seeds 2.5 cm deep at stations 45 cm apart. Keep soil moist until seedlings are established. When seedlings reach ~8 cm, remove the weaker one at each station.

Use fleece if frost is likely. Mini cobs mature quickly—harvest as soon as silks appear. Eat raw, in salads, or steam and stir-fry.
