Sowing
Rake soil to provide a firm, even surface. Sow seeds thinly about 5 mm deep in pre-watered soil, lightly covering with a little more soil. Sowings in semi-circular lines create a natural ‘drift’ effect. Keep moist until seedlings appear, and water as required in dry spells.
Thinning
When large enough to handle, thin seedlings to allow proper development and prevent overcrowding.
Growing Tips
Mix the seeds with silver sand or fine compost to bulk out the mixture, making it easier to sow evenly over an area. Contents may vary from flowers shown in the picture.
