Unwins MicroGreens Rocket Victoria Seeds produce nutrient packed microgreens with a unique peppery, nutty flavour. Super flexible, these can be sown indoors at any time of the year and harvested accordingly.
An excellent addition to salads and sandwiches, these greens provide high levels of micronutrients and a clean and fresh flavour.
Sow: January to December
Harvest: January to December
Sowing
Sow evenly on compost or moist kitchen paper in seed trays or recycled food tubs. Water gently using a fine spray or rose and place on a warm windowsill at around 20°C.
Growing On
Keep the growing medium consistently moist, watering carefully to avoid damaging delicate shoots. Avoid overhead watering where possible. They should be ready to start harvesting in a few days, snipping off with scissors.
Advice
Sow in successive batches for a continuous supply. Can be grown year-round; they may take a few days longer to grow in winter.
