Unwins MicroGreens Coriander Seeds produce greens with rich and herby flavours, packed with micronutrients. Sow indoors at anytime of the year and harvest accordingly.
Harvest just before serving for a fresh and flavourful addition to salads and sandwiches.

Sowing
Sow evenly on compost or moist kitchen paper in seed trays or recycled food tubs. Water gently using a fine spray or rose and place on a warm windowsill at around 20°C.
Growing On
Keep the growing medium consistently moist, watering carefully to avoid damaging delicate shoots. Avoid overhead watering where possible. They should be ready to start harvesting in a few days, snipping off with scissors.
Advice
Sow in successive batches for a continuous supply. Can be grown year-round; they may take a few days longer to grow in winter.
