Unwins Marigold French Orange Winner Seeds are half-hardy annual flowers with large pompom blooms.
Their striking orange colour means they won't go unnoticed in your garden. They have a long flowering season, and look great in borders and bedding, due to their compact growth.

Sow: February to April

Sowing
Almost fill a seed tray with moist seed compost. Sow seeds thinly over the surface and lightly cover with a little more compost. Place in gentle warmth at 15–20 °C and keep moist at all times.
Growing On
Keep seedlings in a light position, shading from direct sunlight. When large enough to handle, transplant 5 cm apart into trays of potting compost.
Hardening Off / Planting Out
Gradually accustom plants to outdoor conditions for 2–3 weeks before planting out when the danger of frost has passed. Allow 15 cm between plants.
Aftercare
Water regularly, especially during warm weather. Feed fortnightly when flowering and remove dead flowers to prolong the display.

Produces large, crested blooms on neat, compact plants. Ideal for bedding, edging, and patio containers, these plants provide a tidy, colourful display throughout the summer.
