Product Details

Unwins Little Growers Snapdragons are so called because the flowers have little ‘mouths’ which snap shut. This mixture is a pretty assortment of colours to add beautiful colour to your flower beds or containers.

These half-hardy annuals are part of our Little Growers range, so are fun flowers to grow with children. These are perfect for pots and are an RHS Plants for Pollinators variety, great for attracting bees and butterflies into your garden.

Sow: January to March

Where to Sow
Sow seeds in a small pot of seed compost. Sprinkle the seeds over the surface, then lightly cover with a little more compost. Water well after sowing, and place the pot somewhere warm, such as a kitchen windowsill.

What to Do Next
When seedlings appear, carefully transplant them into other pots to give them room to grow. During May, gradually acclimate the plants to outdoor conditions by placing them outside for short periods.

Plant Out
In May, plant the seedlings into their flowering positions, spacing them about 15 cm apart.
