Ever-popular, low-growing plants with masses of dainty flowers that brighten garden borders in late spring and early summer. Ideal for charming early blooms and good ground cover.
Sowing
Sow in short, shallow, pre-watered rows in a seed bed. Lightly cover with a little soil and keep the soil moist until seedlings emerge. Thin seedlings to 2 cm apart when large enough to handle, then transplant to their permanent positions in the autumn, spacing 20 cm apart.
Advice
Forget-me-nots will flower in the spring following sowing. They thrive in partly-shaded conditions.
