Creates a hard wearing lush lawn.

Best time to sow are spring to late summer early autumn
Directions if the soil is dry water thoroughly and leave to soak in over night, cultivate the soil to a depth of 12 to 20cm remove any weeds and clear the area of any debris, rake the surface level and use a roller or boards to create a firm surface, sow the seed evenly over the surface and rake or drag seed into the surface of the soil, then water thoroughly. Over seeding to thicken and regenerate existing lawns remove any weeds and stones mow the lawn closely raking or scarifying to remove moss and any weeds, sow the seed evenly over the surface and water in.
