Product Details
A vigorous climber or trailer, perfect for conservatories, patios, or sheltered sunny spots. Produces masses of vibrant flowers that can climb supports or cascade elegantly from containers.
Sow: February to April
Flowering: June to September
Sowing
Almost fill a seed tray with moist seed compost. Sow seeds thinly over the surface and lightly cover with a little more compost. Place in warmth at 15–25 °C and keep moist.
Growing On
Keep seedlings in a light position but shaded from direct sunlight. When large enough to handle, transplant individually into 8 cm pots of potting compost.
Planting Out
Gradually acclimatize plants to outdoor conditions over 2–3 weeks before planting out when the risk of frost has passed.
Aftercare / Advice
For flowering pot plants in conservatories or greenhouses, transplant into larger pots as needed. Provide canes or supports for climbing or trailing growth.
