Apoquel is a fast acting tablet which delivers onset of relief within 4 hours and enables controlled and effective relief from itching within 24 hours. For maintenance therapy, the same dose (0.4 to 0.6 mg oclacitinib kg bodyweight) should then be administered only once a day.
