A beautiful double-flowered mix producing branched plants with sturdy stems. Perfect dual-purpose variety for bedding and long-lasting cut flowers.
Sow: February to April
Flowering: May to October
Sowing Indoors:
Almost fill a seed tray with moist seed compost. Sow seeds thinly over the surface and lightly cover with a dusting of sifted compost. Cover the tray with a propagator lid or cling film. Place in warmth (18–25°C) and keep moist.
Growing On:
Keep seedlings in a light position, shading from direct sunlight. When large enough to handle, transplant 5 cm apart into trays of potting compost.
Hardening Off / Planting Out:
Gradually acclimatise seedlings to outdoor conditions over 2–3 weeks before planting out from April onwards. Space plants 20 cm apart.
Aftercare / Advice:
Water well, particularly during warm weather. Feed and deadhead regularly to encourage more flowers. Ideal for cottage garden bouquets.
